Canmore loses appeal against M.D. of Bighorn

The Town of Canmore has lost its appeal related to an industrial development in Dead Man's Flats.

Last June, the town appealed the plans based on concerns it would affect wildlife movements in the area. They said they were "legitimately and historically concerned" about the development.

The appeal was dismissed on March 1 by the Municipal Government Board.
